Our client a dynamic an rapidly growing national organisation in the security industry is looking to expand their team in Sydney with an Administration Office/ Office allrounder. As the backbone of the business you will have a strong background in office administration, you will be proactive with a strong attention to detail and time management skills. You will serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
This opportunity is working within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
skills and Experience:
- Strong background in office administration - minimum 5 years experience
- Previous experience in the security industry and having worked with Simpro will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stake holder management skills are essential
- Strong competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
- Manage the creation of job cards within CRM system and handle the filing of both hard-copy and electronic paperwork.
- Engage in outbound calls and provide overall administrative support, including data entry.
