We currently have an opportunity available for an Administration Officer to join our team! This Full-Time position will play a key role in our continued progress whilst working for an industry leading family business. We are looking for a friendly, positive and motivated individual interested in developing their career.
The Role:
- Full Time position working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm (would possibly look at school hours for the right candidate)
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team
- General administrative tasks including but not limited too scheduling repair bookings, parts ordering and invoicing
- Facilitating and directing communications through customers and staff
- Preparation of monthly reports and accounts reconciliation
What we are looking for:
- Previous administration experience is preferred
- Enjoy interaction with people on a day to day basis whilst striving to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction
- A positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Robust attention to detail coupled with solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
