This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to shape your position within our dynamic team!
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely invoicing and work request support to our supervisor and onsite teams for completion of administrative tasks
- Monitor and report maintenance progress to the supervisor, adding new job orders and new task into the management systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technicians, and peers through effective administrative support

Requirements for Success:
- Administration experience in the Fire Protection industry preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Xero and ability to learn scheduling software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
