Administration Officer

PBE Rutherford Mining takes great pride as a market leader supplying and repairing power related equipment to the mining industry in the Australasian marketplace. Our Emerald branch specialises in high voltage electrical contracting and cable repairs, maintenance and manufacturing services.

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant located at our Emerald Branch. 

This role is a part-time role with days and hours available to suit the right candidate. 

You be working as part of a small office team in a workshop environment, assisting in the smooth and accurate running of the administration function while following company policies and procedures.

• Assisting in general office administration
• Reception duties including directing face to face and over the phone customer/supplier enquiries
• Data entry into cable management and accounting software systems
• Updating and maintaining filing systems
• Assisting with monthly stocktakes

• Ability to adapt to a variable and changing routine
• Strong organizational, administration and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication ability at all levels of business 
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience, particularly Word and Excel

• Great hands-on experience
