About The Role

We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support to our Donor Engagement & Experience Team, supporting Donor Centres and functional areas key to our donor’s experience within Lifeblood. This role will require you to work in a cross-functional, national team to ensure that we provide a memorable customer experience to our amazing donors. In addition to your day-to-day administrative duties, you will also support by servicing outbound rescheduling appointment calls to our donors.

• Prior experience in an administration and/or data entry role
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with immediate team members and broader teams
• Adaptability to respond to competing and changing priorities
• Tech savvy and able to efficiently navigate between multiple software applications
• Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable

This is a permanent, part-time position - 30.4 hours a week (Monday- Friday), located on-site at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria. The hours of work will between 7.30am to 4.00pm.
