This position will have responsibility for the following:
- Database management (AE and Karbon etc)
- Onboarding of new clients into our system
- Company and trust setups
- ASIC and ATO Lodgements
- Fielding of phone calls, email follow ups
- Client service coordination and assistance
- Meeting scheduling and catering requirements
- Kitchen and stationery management
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Player
- Balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ideally you will have more than 2 years of Admin Assistant experience
- Exceptional phone manner and professional presentation
