About The RoleThe Administration Assistant will support our Underground Mining Operations by providing vital administration support to our Maintenance team. This important role is based in Narrabri, NSW. Due to the high volume of internal stakeholder engagement required to perform these duties, this role will be required to be on site. What You’ll Do Ensure accurate data entry into Whitehaven systems.Process and maintenance all maintenance records.Filing dutiesSupport the Engineering Manager with administrative and clerical assistanceProvide general admin assistance to the site.
