Administration Operator

THE ROLE   We are looking for an administrator to join our client’s team in Silverwater

The individual in this role will be tasked with processing customer orders and ensuring adherence to dispatch schedules, as well as obtaining regulatory approvals for products within the specified time frames.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with production and planning teams to identify and resolve order information discrepancies
• Coordinate with product management and compliance teams regarding the release of software and hardware.
• Management of the order creation process, including the processing of all orders for finished goods and conversions
• Review and complete quick-change applications and other relevant regulatory approvals.
• Track the progress of all orders throughout the production process to uphold DIFOT standards.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Previous experience in a manufacturing industry
• Advanced customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong time management and decision-making abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in technical translation, confidentiality, and compliance
• Dedication to ensuring adherence to both internal and external policies, guidelines, and legislation
• Willingness to work outside regular hours and participate in industry events as required
