The Role:
As the Operations Manager/EA to the Director , you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving a 4-person team within residential real estate sales. Monday – Friday, you will be the backbone of this boutique office. This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure seamless operation in this friendly, down to earth office & team.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- EA to Director and dealing with family/ personal matters
- Manage data entry, and inquiries, and liaise with internal and external clientele.
- Arranging meetings, updating & cleaning up database & coordinating presentations.
- Writing meeting notes from extended family meetings Liaising with accountants and lawyers Bankers Advisers Insurances & being involved in property development matters and court Cases
- Provide excellent standards of customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, representing the team professionally at all times.
- Coordinate daily and weekly team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role within Property, showcasing strong customer service, administrative, marketing and organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
