About the role
We are seeking applications for an experienced and flexible Administration & Production Support officer reporting to the Diving and Hyperbaric Manager.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administration person who enjoys working as part of a high performing professional team. No day is the same and the needs of our clients are at the forefront of everything we do.
This is a stable Monday – Friday position, however there may be occasions where we need ‘all hands on deck’ to respond to our client needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- General administration including basic purchasing functions, records management, payroll reporting, time sheet management and meeting administration.
- Executive support including diary and email management for the Diving and Hyperbaric Manager.
- Arranging travel (domestic and international), credit card reconciliation and any other travel related tasks
- Management of staff passes for base access and other declarations.
- Any other general administration tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 3+ years administration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage own work priorities and job requirements in a timely and effective manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High-level communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Passion and/or interest in diving, maritime or defence is highly desirable.
