About the Role

• Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings, source and organise venue, facilities, equipment and catering if required and confidential recording of minutes during meetings.
• Diary management and email management for senior staff as instructed including scheduling, prioritising, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated/supporting documentation and organise travel arrangements for senior staff.
