About the role
- The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient booking service for all patients and provide efficient utilisation of booking time available for Consultants and Clinicians. Position provides a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive attitude. This position is responsible and accountable for assisting with the management of the waiting lists in accordance with Queensland Health Policy. This position will provide permanent relief for the Specialist Outpatient Department to assist in ensuring short notice sick leave and annual leave is adequately covered.
