As Administration Services Lead, you are responsible for providing effective leadership and practical hands on experience to support the administration teams, support the effective delivery and progression of administration related processes and ensure the effective resolutions of administration related incidents and complaints. You will also cultivate a team culture driven to deliver market-leading administration.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the superannuation administration functions
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to the administration of superannuation funds
Actively contribute and drive effective resolution of complaints, incidents and breaches
Responsible for maintaining operational processes, documentation, and business rules to ensure the effective delivery of services
Conduct training, coaching and effectively communicate new processes and product updates
Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on process improvement and procedures to uplift operational efficiencies
Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement
Assist in the compilation of regular reports on the status and adherence to relevant service level agreements internally
Carry out project management duties for the implementation of system enhancements as well as business process improvements including User Acceptance Testing and results analysis
Maintain a deep understanding of each Fund’s features including the implementation and application of procedures and process controls
Prepare and contribute to reports for client funds and internally to the management team on the status and adherence to relevant service level
What you will bring:
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in managing teams within the Superannuation industry
Formal qualifications in superannuation or related industry eg RG 146
Strong incident and case management skills and experience in delivering outcomes
Practical experience with superannuation technology systems. Experience in Acurity will be highly regarded
Strong practical experience related to all administration functions as they relate to the full range of superannuation products including Defined Benefit
Understanding of the applicable regulatory obligations and frameworks
