Homestyle Bakeries Pty Ltd has an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to provide Administration Support at its office in Toowoomba with an immediate start for the successful candidate. This is a permanent full-time role.
THE ROLE:
Working in a busy team environment:
- Respond to customer and supplier enquiries;
- General Administration Support and office duties;
- Data entry;
- Process customer orders and returns;
- Process customer payments;
- Perform general Administration Support and office duties.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Skills & experience requirements:
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on attention to detail/accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products eg Word, Excel
- Team player who can also work independently in a fast pasted, busy environment
- Dedicated,reliable and hard working with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
