School Administration Support
Have you experience in an administration or administration role within a school environment?
The Role
- Management of the Principal's diary and meeting bookings
- Management of Principal's emails
- Typing, formatting, editing of letters/documents
- Maintain the Whole school calendar (in conjunction with other key staff)
- Development and maintenance of Meeting Agendas
- Data entry and reward preparation for school Reward system.
- Database maintenance
- Back-up reception -lunch cover and absences.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
This is a Part Time, Permanent role will commence as soon as the successful candidate has been appointed.
This position is within a small, K-6 school environment in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
The Administration Support provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the school. The position requires the employee to provide Administration Support to the College Principal, including the management of the whole school calendar and the Principal's diary and meetings. The role will also include other administrative tasks as required by the Principal or the Business Manager or their delegate.
This role would suit someone who is looking to work generally within school hours only.

- Friendly, Kind, patient, loves working with kids, and is calm in a busy environment.
- Documentation formatting and creation - letters, agendas, minutes, mail merge.
- Outlook calendar and email management skills.
- Updating excel documents.
- Confident using various software applications.
The Role:
- Salary circa $61k pa + Super for part time hours
- Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am - 2.30pm / 30 hours p/week
- 4 Weeks annual leave plus additional bonus Jewish holidays (paid)
- Immediate start
- Permanent role
- Eastern Suburbs (Small School) setting
Please note - This is a part-time role consisting of 30 hours per week, term time PLUS an additional 4 weeks of work spread throughout the school holiday periods, which will be negotiated between the Principal and the candidate. (TOTAL 43.8 WEEKS PER YEAR)
