- Position Remuneration: Level 2.1 pro-rata ($68,723 Base annual salary) / ($78,006 Total remuneration package) which is based on a permanent full-time employee and inclusive of 12% employer superannuation and 17.5% leave loading).

You will have experience in providing administrative support in a customer-focused business environment, displaying a high degree of judgement, initiative and confidentiality.
You will have effective written and verbal interpersonal communication skills including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels.
Further but not limited to, you will have the demonstrated ability to manage your own time, work independently, set priorities, set and meet realistic deadlines and organise workload.
The position's focus will be:
- Provision of administration services including customer contact, word processing, record management, information systems as well as the provision of timely and accurate information in response to internal and/or external enquiries.
- Assist with or carry out business administration functions such as processing financial transactions and reports and high level internal/external correspondence.
- Assist with projects in an administrative capacity.
- Provide accurate and timely advice in a professional manner and serve the role as a primary point of contact in relation to complaints, requests, applications and correspondence enquiries.
- Work effectively as a member of the Economic Development and Destination Management Branch and ensure the provision of quality customer service at all times.
- Maintain business area systems, modules, registers, and data bases relevant to the business areas to ensure accurate information is available.
- Such other relevant duties as required from time to time which would generally fall within the skill and knowledge requirements of this position.
