About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide efficient and effective client focused administrative support and facilitate service delivery to the specialist consultants, staff and patients within Outpatient Services. Adapt and act innovatively and resourcefully in the performance of duties.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide support to clinical activities including opening of clinical areas and consult rooms daily.
- Maintain tidy, full-stocked and orderly clinic rooms, including ordering clinical and stationery supplies as required.
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relations with team members, clients and stakeholders.
