The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the Commission) is a regulator established on 1 July 2018 as an independent agency under section 181A of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (the NDIS Act) to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. The Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia.
Providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment to the staff of the Legal Services and Internal Integrity Division. This includes but is not limited to:
- arranging travel and meetings;
- filing and searching documents in the LEX and ARC/TRIM systems;
- supporting and assisting with preparing paper work for procurement activities of the Division,
- monitoring and reporting on Division budget;
- processing invoices received by the Division; and
- acquitting credit cards and travel through NDIS Commission IT systems.
- with coordinating and organising legal and integrity training sessions;
- Preparing file-notes of meetings and follow up on actions thereafter;
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Attending to a diverse range of adhoc duties as required to support the Legal Services & Internal Integrity Division.
In addition, the successful candidate will have:

- Demonstrated ability to engender trust and respect, complemented by sound judgement when handling complex and sensitive matters; and
- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and excellent people skills, including the ability to build and nurture productive working relationships in a complex, high-pressured and constantly evolving environment.
