Coochie Resources is the franchisor for Coochie HydroGreen, Australia’s leading lawn care franchise. We provide regular lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties across the country, resulting in healthier, greener lawns that make for some amazing before and after photos! What started out as a hobby for a couple of brothers from Yass is now a successful, profitable franchise in over 130 regions across Australia, servicing over 30,000 customers and we’re not stopping here. We have big plans to further expand our client base in both current and new service regions across Australia and we are looking for someone to join us as we grow.
About the Role
Key duties involve:
Answering the phone lines for our national call centre
Responding to customer queries and contacting new leads
Process web and social media leads
Process franchise enquiries
Database maintenance and record keeping
Collect and process mail
Process email enquiries
General office administration duties as required
Assistance with region mapping
Ad-hoc assistance to the CEO and Marketing Manager
This is a part time role, we are looking for someone to fill 30 hours per week. Overtime is available throughout busy periods of the year.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be confident in communicating with new and existing customers. A polite and professional telephone manner is essential and the successful candidate will be one who is self-motivated, reliable, organised, able to use their initiative and have great attention to detail.
Reasonable experience in using Microsoft Office is required in this role, particularly in Excel and Outlook which will be used on a daily basis.
The salary offered is $55,000 inclusive of superannuation paid on a pro-rata basis.
