AddressMy client is seeking a Project Administration Support Officer to assist with a digital transformation project. Modernizing the way the department works and its capabilities.
THE ROLE:
- Maintain and apply the departmental frameworks, processes and procedures required for the successful delivery of the project.
- Facilitating communication among team members and liaising with the Project Support Officer and Project Manager.
- Preparing project-related messages, such as memos and project presentation.
- Undertake a wide range of administrative support activities including secretariat, brief and paper development, procurement, recruitment and contract management activities, and project and financial reporting.
- An active Baseline Clearance is required for this role.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities and delivering work to a high standard with good attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communication aptitude.
- Experience working with a federal government department.
- Ability to draw on a range of reference materials to prepare detailed reports both periodically and ad-hoc.
- Ability to make decisions with some autonomy and undertake work of moderate complexity under limited supervision.
- Ability to analyse reports and information and identify and contribute to the resolution of issues and problems.
