Your key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and keep up to date project plans, communication and engagement plans
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and distributing agendas
- Collating data and report writing
- Monitor the department email inbox, and refer these inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including photocopying, filing and database maintenance.
- Qualifications or relevant experience in health system improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication including report writing and presenting
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Work with a passionate team of experts, with a wealth of skills and experiences
