Role Description/Criteria
Provide administrative support to the Senior Deputy Principal, Director of Professional Practice and the Director of Operations, to ensure the School Improvement Program and daily operations of the school are carried out with professionalism and respect.
- Relevant experience/skills required to perform relevant administrative duties.
- An ability to use own initiative/work ethic in carrying out tasks that need to be done with a minimum of supervision.
- An ability to deal and liaise professionally with staff on a range of matters associated with the operations of the school.
- Have the ability to deal professionally with all internal key stakeholders and external agencies and offer support when required.
- Meet strict confidentiality requirements in relation to all students/staff/families and school operations in general.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Ability to work in the data visualisation space is desirable or a willingness to learn how to use software.
- The successful applicant must hold a current driver’s license together with a current Victoria Police Check and a Working with Children’s Check.
