Bluebird Early Education are currently seeking a passionate candidate to join our growing teams at Cobram Kindy and Cobram Early Education.
As a passionate administrator with Early Education experience you will enjoy building relationships with families and children building a sense of community from first enquiry right through the enrolment process to their first day and beyond.

Essential criteria:

- Exceptional Communication and Organisational skills
- Initiative and effective time management skills
- Willingness and availability to work part-time 5 days per week, across two Bluebird Services
- Positive support and interactions with both Educators and children
- Experience in an administrative role including:
- Management of enrolments
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Professional phone manner
- Flexibility, adaptability and resilience
Preferred Criteria:
- ·Certificate lll or Diploma in children’s services
- Experience in the Early Education sector
- Experience with CCS software.
- Experience managing family accounts
- Experience leading family tours
