Administration Support

CAMM Concrete is currently seeking an Administration Support Position based at our Concrete and Quarry operations in Townsville.

The role would report directly to our Concrete Management team.

Your duties would include -

• Customer service
• Customer Quotes & sales proposals
• Invoice & Accounts processing.
• General administrative and cleaning duties
• Maintain spreadsheets, assist with daily project reporting requirements and general administration tasks.

Skills & Experience -

• Strong communication skills
• MYOB experience preferred
• Weighbridge knowledge preferred
• Proficient on computer
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Current Drivers Licence
• Reliable, proactive, willing to learn and follow procedures and instruction
• Have a strong and safe work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work alone and be well presented
• Experience in a similar role preferred, junior candidates would also be considered
