Job Summary:

We are currently seeking motivated, confident, and talented individuals to join our growing team in administration roles. The role is diverse and dynamic. To succeed, you will need to possess a positive, 'can do/will do' attitude and be highly self-motivated to meet our fast-paced environment. 

Essential Criteria: 

  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
    • Great phone manner and customer service skills. 
    • Strong time management and organisational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client and practice information.
    • Be able to work autonomously with little supervision, as well as part of a team.
    • High-level computer and data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking to fill an Administration Assistant and Team Assistant role. 

  • Duties will include, but are not limited to:
    • Provide administrative support to the organisation to ensure efficient operation of the office.
    • Carry out general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, archiving, copying, binding
    • Maintain and manage the electronic mail and scanning system.
    • Sending invoices daily to clients.
    • Attend to office tidiness to ensure all areas of the office including the kitchen, reception and interview rooms are kept presentable.
    • Attend to firm banking and collect shopping items as and when required.
    • Setup of meetings, luncheons and training sessions.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Ordering and stock take of office supplies and forms.
    • Greeting and directing clients.
