About the role
A permanent fulltime Administration Team Leader is required to join the Angliss Community Rehabilitation & Specialist Clinics Program at the Angliss Hospital and Yarra Ranges Health.
You will be managing a small team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access these services.
You will oversee the daily running of the administrative tasks in the centres in collaboration with senior clinical staff and Manager.
The role has an administrative component as well as dealing with customers and general enquiries from staff and other users of the centres.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with our rehabilitation teams and work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals
- Experience managing and supporting other admin staff, including teaching, supporting and developing individuals
- Essential knowledge of medical terminology
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capacity to multi task and prioritise workload
- Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy.
- Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have a strong commitment to high quality care
