Remuneration: PAACT 7 $100,288.50-$110,461.65 (salary inclusive of super)

About The Role:

The Team Leader will have primary responsibility for leading the administration support team of the Corrections Portfolio, across 7 Correctional Sites and liaise with the Management team at Essendon Campus.
This role is responsible for reviewing current administration procedures and developing and implementing best practice support process across the Corrections Portfolio to support achievement of its objectives.
We are excited about you because you have:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and/or lead a team.
- Proven ability to successfully manage and lead projects and to work within project management methodology.
- Proficiency using excel, including the use of macros and analysis and exporting of data.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering administrative services, and excellent organisational and office co-ordination skills, ensuring delivery of quality products and services.
- Experience in a large educational environment (desirable).
- Sound and broad knowledge and experience of the quality systems and processes of the TAFE Institute and/or education environment.
- Proven experience in the development and preparation of reports and the ability to collate and prepare statistical data information.
- Ability to work within strict timelines, multi-task and prioritise work requirements for self and administrative team
