Duties
Lead an Administration Team of three, ensuring business continuity, efficient work practices and high quality outcomes
Support the CEO with diary, email, scheduling, responsiveness, preparedness and coordination
Deliver organisational administration and leadership team support
Office and facilities management
Coordinate the policies and procedures suite for the group
Skills & Experience
Experience in the key undertakings of Team Leadership, executive support and senior administration
Advanced use of MS Office Suite
Excellence in coordination, follow up and relationship building, with strong inter-personal skills
