The Client:Our client is a social landlord focused on the needs of individuals living with a disability. They design, build and manage their own modern and fully accessible homes and believe that community connection and lifestyle preferences are as important as having a home that meets individual needs.
The Role:
The responsibility of the Administration Team Leader is to ensure the delivery of efficient administrative support to the organization. This involves:
- Matching available admin resources with the internal needs of various departments such as in-house teams, grant-giving, governance, and corporate colleagues.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders through correspondence, calls, or attending business meetings.
- Providing support to ensure the satisfaction and growth of admin team members in their roles.
- Assisting in managing CEO email, connectivity, and scheduling, as well as overseeing connectivity and scheduling for the Senior Leadership team.
- Curating the storage, access, and review timelines for general operational policies and protocols.
- Safeguarding day-to-day business continuity by ensuring the availability of office amenities and promptly resolving any disruptions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team in administration
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deliverables and budgets
- Understanding of the Chintaro system ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for maintaining a supportive, inclusive and safe workplace
