Zenith Search are looking to recruit a business Administration Trainee to join our company. Initially, you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in Business.

About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Reception duties and various administration tasks
- Meeting and greeting candidates into the office providing first class customer service
- Scanning documents
- Managing interview diaries for consultants
- Issuing of PPE and controlling stock levels and ordering
- Assisting with compliance across worker files
- Working closely with the teams managers / directors request
- Supporting with calling existing workers and completing satisfaction/Saftey checks.
