Bunbury Machinery & Nicholls Machinery have been established for nearly 50 years in the South West of Western Australia. Our Dealerships have vast experience in supplying a wide range of Agricultural and Construction equipment both new and second hand.  Our Company stands for quality franchises, quality service and backup.

Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a customer service and ADMINISTRATION SUPER star to support our sales team and provide excellent, timely service to our customers. 

 You will be responsible for assisting with quotations, purchase orders and sales orders together with finance documentation as required.  Your responsibilities will also include monitoring stock levels, receipting in delivered stock and undertaking regular stock takes together with maintaining our customer database and utilising our dedicated software platforms.

Service Administrator

Due to an internal move for our current Service Administrator, we are seeking an administrator to assist in our Service Department. Experience in a service environment will be a distinct advantage, but we will be offering training and support for the successful candidate, so this is not a necessary requirement.

You will be responsible for creating and administering job cards, liaising with our customers and supporting the Service Manager with adhoc administrative tasks.

Administration All-Rounder

Do you enjoy working with a diverse range of people?  Do you have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office?  If you answered yes, and you can jump into a role, make it your own and use your customer service and administration skills to assist our team, then this is the role for you!  You must be proactive and focussed with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

Key Technical Criteria (for all roles)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Experience with customer order management or a Sales environment- desirable but not essential
  • Experience utilising Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to learn and master new IT platforms
  • Experience working in agriculture or construction - desirable but not essential
