Key Responsibilities:
- Provide varied administration support, including marketing campaign administration.
- Support with client feedback, data maintenance, and management of the sale process from appraisal to post-settlement.
- Assist with onboarding and client nurturing.
- Prepare appraisal research for agent appointments.
- Work with contracts, sole agency agreements, etc.
- Coordinate team and sales marketing activities.
- Assist in property preparation, including booking styling and tradespeople.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- An adaptable and positive attitude.

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Current driver's license and own vehicle.
- Property Representative/Real Estate Agent License preferred.
