About the Role

As our Administration/Bookings Coordinator you will be responsible for triaging and booking/scheduling new jobs, liaising with trades, providing a high level of administration support to assist our assessing team to meet their KPI’s. Using your excellent customer service skills you will contact key stakeholders throughout await or repair/build process to keep them informed and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities and tasks of this role include, but are not limited to;

  • Lodging new requests on BuildPro and contacting clients to advise request received
  • Triage, allocating and booking jobs for Estimators/Assessors across the business
  • Be a key liaison, across multiple areas of the business, to stakeholders including supervisors, trades, estimators, assessors, clients and management
  • Providing a high level of customer service, at all times, ensuring clients are well informed and kept up to date; including assessor attendance confirmation, sending variations/expert reports to clients
  • Follow up trades for bookings, quotes, reports, photos and invoices
  • Where possible, cross-sell AJ Grant Group businesses to create opportunity for Makesafe, Restoration, and Private Works
  • Build and maintain key relationships with all AJG Australia staff, client and contractors
About You
  • Highly motivated and task focused
  • Prior customer service experience with demonstrated skills
  • Prior insurance industry experience is highly regarded
  • Scheduling experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment
  • Results-oriented and innovative mind-set
  • Ability to problem solve and action customer issues
  • Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
