AddressWork with a global pharmaceutical organisation that is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on a temporary to permanent assignment starting ASAP. The business is based in Sydney's lower north shore, right next to the train line. The Role
Your responsibilities will include;
- A blend of administration and Customer Service Responding to general inquiries from customers
- Speaking with key stakeholders, taking orders and processing orders
- Working in Microsoft Office with reporting and Excel
- Assisting the team with ad hoc admin
- You must have experience with Customer Service in a corporate environment.
- A background in corporate administration
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
