The Role
We're seeking a career-focused individual looking for an opportunity to develop their skills in the fast-paced Transport & Logistics Industry as a Customer Service Officer. The successful applicant will be an admin all-rounder, with the ability to be adaptable and dependable within our varied working environment utilising multiple computer systems.
This is a Full-Time position within our NSW operations team, with a daily start time of 9am.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing Customer Service and resolution to all customer issues (phone / email)
- Entering connotes into TMS ensuring accuracy
- Completing dangerous goods Manifest where applicable, ensuring the correct paperwork goes with the driver
- Processing timeslot bookings
- Assisting other team members and department as required
- Checking and verifying load plans for accuracy and cross-referencing
- Monitoring urgent / critical freight movements
- Completing scheduled depot reporting
- Create linehaul & regional manifests
- Emailing Manifest to interstate depots and agents following correct procedures
- Providing a high level of Customer Service
- Accurate pallet reporting & pallet documentation
- Process the local driver Runsheet’s for FAA & subcontractor drivers at the end of the day
- POD capture data and retrieval
- Back up to Linehaul Manifesting Clerk
- Other basic administrative duties

- Prior transport industry experience (highly desirable)
Successful candidates may be required to obtain a valid and up to date Police Check and Medical Check.
