Coldwell Drilling is a well known and respected company located in Rockhampton, Central Queensland and provides drilling services to the Australian Mining Industry. The company is seeking a competent person to join the team to provide Administration/Data Entry. This role is a Rockhampton based position.
Flexible hours pending work skills. Full administration role. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Must have friendly nature and willing to be a part of a larger work team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- EXCEL Spreadsheet data entry
- Management system document control, including monitoring and coordinating revision of documents
- Purchase order raising
- Monthly statistical reporting
- Payroll support
- Insurance claims
- Updating employee training records
- Medicals / Inductions / Qualifications and training
- Coordinate the use and development of HR and HSE IT Systems across the business
