Position: Administration/Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks.
- Prepare and send quotes, as well as follow up on them.
- Coordinate and schedule installations, site inspections, and appointments.
- Collaborate with the operations team and handle purchase orders.
- Assist with invoicing and other finance-related tasks.
- The ability to work within a team and independently.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing, finance, photography, IT, or construction trade knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
