Address- Recent administration experience with telephony, reception and customer service
- Competence in the use of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and a willingness to acquire new skills as required
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to relate professionally within a busy environment to clients and health service staff
- Experience in coordination and prioritisation of work, and capacity to use initiative and sound judgement in achieving deadlines
