A great opportunity exists for a highly motivated office administrator/team assistant to join their busy operations team. This company specialises in construction and insurance and is based within the Sutherland Shire and continues to grow.
Your new role
You will be responsible for administrating all aspects of coordinating the team and assisting with office requirements. These duties include:
- Coordinating and organising office supplies
- Organising stationery
- Assist with invoicing and daily expenses
- Maintain and update database
- Compile client reports
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organise & schedule team meetings
- Organise events and travel
- Minute taking of meetings
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to build rapport with clients. You must also be able to work in a team environment and be able to work autonomously and are self-driven. You must also have a high level of attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills. Intermediate MS Office skills is also essential.
