Top Office Group are a preferred supplier of staff for Local Government in Ipswich and we have a temporary position available commencing 14 May.
Based in the Ipswich area, this role is primarily responsible for delivering a high standard administrative and technical support including:
- Administration experience in compliance or permit processing.
- C Class License.
- Confidence in learning and using computer systems (including intermediate skills in MS Word ms excel ms outlook)
- Availability to commence on 14 May 2024
- Strong attention to detail.
- proven experience engaging with a range of stakeholder whilst ensuring a client service focus.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Assess applications for works on government owned assets.
- Respond to requests in relation to access and usage of Local Government owned or managed land.
- Conduct field investigations and audit compliance with permit requirements and prepare reports where necessary.
- Liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding suitable outcomes and solutions to land access permits.
- Assess permits for special events that will have an impact on the safe and efficient operation of Local Government owned and managed land.
- Provide general support to the team as required.
This is a temp0rary role working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm in the Ipswich area.
