Skills and Experience- Experience with calendar scheduling/meeting management and coordination including proactive planning, action tracking and follow up
- Experience in taking meeting minutes/action points
- Event coordination, assistance with logistics for LM Space participation at trade shows/conferences
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and senior management and providing regular updates
- Experience of applying initiative and judgement to ambiguous and changing situations
- Travel coordination, ensuring compliance with Company Travel policy
- Acquittal of employee travel expenses using SAP Concur and assisting employees with their travel credit card management
- Willingness to learn and develop individual skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
