- Inspire the team to deliver an incredible dining experience for our customers every day.
- Coach our team members to build and promote a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda’s Steps of Service.
- Ensure every dish is up to perfection
- Support your Restaurant Manager in stocking food and ensuring maintenance tasks are logged and completed.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with rostering and ensure timesheets are approved accurately and on time.
The Perfect Assistant Manager Will Be:
- Experienced: Previous hospitality experience in front, back-of-house, or any customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Fun, Approachable, and Enthusiastic: You delight people, and they’re drawn to your energy.
- Supportive: You care about people and thrive on coaching team members and seeing them flourish.
- Ambitious: You have an appetite for growth and development.
