The Company:
ADC Construction Pty Ltd is an established company with over 10 years of experience in the Australian Civil Construction industry. The company is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The role will commence immediately on a Part Time basis (3 Days) initially (SOR in Thornlie) and progress to Full Time (Monday to Friday) beginning May 2024.

The Role:
This role encompasses a variety of administration tasks, including but not limited to;
- Mobilising personnel to site
- Managing office and uniform inventory
- Updating and managing plant and personnel rosters
- General administrative duties
Key Selection Criteria:
- Driver’s licence required
- Excellent interpersonal skills – including written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive demeanour and can do attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous administration and customer service experience (Minimum 1 year)
- Building and construction background will be highly regarded
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Packages
