AddressDermatology practice in Yokine is looking for a part time assistant. Tasks will mainly be in reception - for example answering the phone, booking appointments, meet and greet and taking payments.
Additional tasks will involve assisting with the medical aspects of the practice. On the job training will be provided for this. This will include sterilizing surgical instruments, running narrow-band UVB phototherapy and discussing sun-cream and cosmetics with patients.
A background in nursing, allied health, psychology or medical administration is preferred, but not essential. Looking for an intelligent, efficient applicant with excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential that the applicant have the ability to navigate web-based medical databases or to learn how to do this quickly. If you are adept with other web-based platforms (including Facebook for example), this will not be a difficult for you. Its really important that you can pay attention to detail and that you enjoy a quiet environment.
