In this role, you'll:

Provide administrative services including filing, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, routine purchasing, meeting and event support, photocopying, and creating and compiling documents to support the effective operation of the team/unit.

You will Supporting District Works Managers with various projects.
Checking timesheets and sending them for approval for skill hire, etc.
Collecting and compiling information to support the development of documentation and reports.
Responding to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information.

Please note that this role is an onsite position based in the orange office.

About you

•High level of working experience and knowledge with Word, Outlook, and Excel
 

•knowledge and previous experience using SAP and Objective are highly desirable.
 

•Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
 

•Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
 

•Ability to think, adapt, and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 

•High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
