Tasks & responsibilities
- Administration Tasks: Provide office administration including mail posting and distribution, checking and updating client records, booking staff events and preparing a monthly newsletter. Complete various office administration tasks including updates of office and staff records.
- Facilities and Operations Tasks: Act as first point of contact for daily assistance to report IT/equipment issues and assist new user onboarding tasks. Assist with kitchen and office supplies ordering and organising the maintenance of office equipment as required.
- Assist ad-hoc with basic client enquiries at Reception and via email and phone if required.
- Other administrative duties as required.
