- Warmly welcoming and assisting clients and guests with professional demeanour.
- Understanding customer’s needs, being able to upsell and direct them through the office, enhancing their overall experience and adding value to their interactions.
- Handling incoming call efficiently, redirecting calls as needed, or taking detailed messages.
- Keeping the reception and meeting rooms tidy and organised.
- Managing office supplies to ensure availability.
- Supporting general administration tasks as required.
