- Computer Skills - Competency in an environment of computer processing. Including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the Operations Manager and Service Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Documentation: Manage the creation of job cards within our system and handle the filing of both hard-copy and electronic paperwork.
- Communication Skills: Engage in outbound calls and provide overall administrative support, including data entry.
