Branch Administrative Assistant, we are searching for a hardworking, proactive, calm-natured and proactive individual to support the Executives and the wider Branch.This is a full-time, temporary opportunity (up to 24 months) requiring at least 3 days per week in our St Leonards office.Crown Clerk 5/6, salary from $93,295 - $102,941 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading
For more information, .What you'll be doing- Document preparation - photocopying, compilation, distribution, and maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- Processing expenses and raising of invoices
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Travel coordination, as required
- Draft and prepare general correspondence, presentations, reports and submissions
