Administrative Assistant Bega (Up To 10 Month Temporary Opportunity)

In this role, you'll:

You will be working as part of the Bega District office, where you will work closely with the District Manager and Engineers to provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support services to enable the efficient operation of the team.

You will provide administrative services including filing, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, routine purchasing, meeting and event support, photocopying, and creating and compiling documents.

You will also collect and compile information to support the development of documentation and reports.

About you

You are a motivated administration professional looking to start your career at Transport for NSW. You will ideally have some administration experience and a willingness to learn new skills.

You will also have excellent communications skill both written and verbal and present well.

You are a people person with strong collaborations skills and be able to foster strong relationships with the team and stakeholders.

This role will require you to work in the Bega office Monday – Friday.
